Founder. I invented the swap-your-place idea and designed how a fair, non-custodial swap and payment settle in one transaction; I lead the on-chain program and the web app.

Status: Web app live at qswapie.de. Payments are non-custodial and on Solana devnet (a test network): no mainnet, no live money.

Problem

Queues at busy cafés, restaurants and shops waste time. QSwapie is a virtual queue: scan a rotating QR code to take a number, and offer SOL to swap places. Built on Solana: non-custodial, devnet test.
