A hands-free voice co-pilot for drivers and riders, with Gobie as its voice companion.
Read more about Go →Founder and lead engineer. I came up with the idea of a co-pilot you can talk back to mid-ride, designed the agent's behaviour, and lead the backend, the voice agent and the mobile app.
A hands-free, voice-conversational navigation co-pilot for drivers and riders wearing headphones, with its own turn-by-turn navigation. The plan adds trip planning on local routes, with Gobie as the voice companion.
A FastAPI and WebSockets backend, a Gemini agent that knows the live GPS position and the route, and an Expo mobile app.

A virtual queue for busy cafés, restaurants and shops, where you can offer to swap places.
Read more about QSwapie →Founder. I invented the swap-your-place idea and designed how a fair, non-custodial swap and payment settle in one transaction; I lead the on-chain program and the web app.
Customers scan a rotating QR code to take a number and can offer SOL to swap places; the swap and payment settle in one transaction. Built on Solana: non-custodial, devnet test.
An on-chain program (Anchor) and a Next.js web app. The swap and the payment settle together in one non-custodial transaction.
Web app live at qswapie.de. Payments are non-custodial and on Solana devnet (a test network): no mainnet, no live money.

Pic-Time
A real-time feature that turns a photographer's full shoot into a finished album.
Delivered a 10x improvement in inference throughput in automated album design · dataset curation across 50,000+ galleries
Read more about AI Album Designer →Designed and built the AI Album Designer as part of the AI team: the multi-model pipeline (face recognition and clustering, automated photo selection, saliency-aware smart cropping) and the inference work that lets albums generate while the photographer waits. Also shipped face-based gallery access and keyword- or face-based photo search. It started as an internship project and grew into a core AI team and product pillar.
Photographers upload a full shoot and get a finished album on demand. Alongside it: face-based gallery access and photo search on embedding similarity, served as REST APIs.
Multi-stage inference tuned for speed; near-duplicate rejection, album-wide consistency and keeping faces intact under aggressive crops. Photo search uses embedding-based vector similarity behind REST APIs.
Shipped and in production.
